Refunds & Cancellations

This Refunds and Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms under which payments made to Pillofy Healthtech Private Limited (“Sensig”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) may be cancelled or refunded. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions .

1. Nature of Services

Sensig provides enterprise technology services that are delivered through pilots, deployments, and outcome-linked commercial engagements. Services typically involve configuration, integration, operational setup, and active execution support.

2. Pilot Engagements

Pilot engagements are time-bound and scoped to evaluate operational fit and measurable impact. Fees paid for pilots primarily cover service delivery, configuration, and resource allocation.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, pilot fees are non-refundable.

3. Commercial Deployments

For post-pilot commercial engagements, refund or cancellation terms (if any) are governed by the specific commercial agreement executed between Sensig and the customer. In the absence of such agreement, fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests received prior to the commencement of a pilot or service phase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once service delivery has begun, cancellations do not entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Exceptions

Any exceptions to this Policy must be explicitly documented and agreed upon in writing by authorized representatives of both Sensig and the customer.
